Scott Stewart’s supernatural thriller Legion, scripted by Peter Schink, concerns a group of strangers in an out-of-the-way eatery who become the first line of defense when God, believing the human race is no longer worthy of Him, decides to end their existence. This motley crew’s only spiritual ally is the archangel Michael, played by Paul Bettany. Dennis Quaid, Tyrese Gibson, Charles S. Dutton, and Lucas Black co-star in the Screen Gems production.

Eventually, dispite no help from God, humanity begins to pull itself up by its bootstraps.
Banning slavery, creating democracy, equal rights, public education, birth-control, enviornmental protection laws…etc.
At which point, God decides that it’s time to whipe out humanity; only this time, less kindly than by drowning. However, he messed up on angels too, so one of them rebels and tries to help humanity.
He ends up in a diner, protecting the last few of them from other angels.

God doesn’t bother to tell her himself, instead, he sends an angel to say “Congratulations! You’ve been chosed to be God’s broodmare. And if you don’t like it, tough! You’re already pregnant!”
More time passes, and God rarley interveens in humantiy.
And when he does, it’s ussully either to commit genocide, or to help humans commit it. He also pops up from time to time, to say that slavery and rape are ok.

Dispite the fact that they didn’t know any better at the time.
Time passes, and God turns a blind eye, while the good & the innocent suffer and die, and the evil live long happy lives.
Then eventually he decides to drown everyone on Earth (even kids) execept for one family.
More time passes, and he decides to violate a virgin girl, so he can become human, and sacrifice himself, to himself, so that the people in Hell who weren’t really evil, can be released.
For those unfamiliar with it, the plot goes like this:
Got creates Adam and Lilith side by side.
Adam doesn’t like Lilith because she won’t do Missionary.
He whines to God: “She has the audacity to demand to be treated as my equal!”.
So God kicks Lilith out, and makes Eve, and Adam goes “At last, a mate I can treat as my property”.
Eventually, God gets mad at Adam and Eve for eating the fruit of a tree that he put in the guarden for the sole purpouse of “testing them”.

I just don’t get it. Why some people say that this movie wasn’t that good… To me it was awesome! The plot, the acting,
